We’re Moving! 

We’re super excited to announce that we’ll be moving to a new location soon. During this period, our opening hours will be slightly adjusted.

Until March, we’ll be open on: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 11:00 – 17:30

Our sharpening service will be paused during this period. Shipping times may also be affected during the move, but we expect to send out all orders within two days. From March, we hope to open at our new location. We’ll share more details as soon as we can.

Karasu a small specialised Japanese kitchen knife shop in the heart of Amsterdam. We work with craftsmen from all over Japan to offer a selection of handpicked kitchen knives, sharpening stones and accessories. Our assortment covers all skill and budget levels and we focus on products produced in small quantities. We offer full sharpening, restoration and re-handling service next to sharpening classes.
