Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This means you can return most items within this period for a full refund.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items to ensure they reach us safely. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
6. Exemptions
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:

- Products that are returned damaged, used, or not in resaleable condition (e.g., missing parts or packaging)
7. International Orders
For international orders, you still have the right to return your items within 14 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to your return. 8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
