Shipping Policy

We use DHL Parcel for all domestic orders and DHL Express for all international orders or upon request. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. Once your package is with the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and link. Packages are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the delivery location. All orders are shipped from our store located in the center of Amsterdam.

Shipping Rates:

• €7,50 for domestic orders under €100

• Free shipping for domestic orders above €100

• €9-€15 for all European EUR01-ZONE orders under €300

• €15-€25,50 for all European EUR02-ZONE orders under €300

• Free shipping for all European orders above €300

• €55 for all international orders under €500 (DHL Express)

• Free worldwide shipping for all orders above €500

Shipping Zones:

EUR 1 ZONE:
Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), Sweden.

EUR 2 ZONE:
All other European countries (excl. Russia).

International Orders:

• For international orders, we ship your package DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid). We are not responsible for any additional VAT, import taxes, or customs duties that may apply.
• We do not adjust the actual value of any order for customs purposes.
• For more information regarding any additional VAT or custom duties, please contact your local customs office.
• Please check if any item purchased may be subject to additional custom fees based on your country’s VAT regulations.
• In the case of returns, we are not responsible for refunding custom or import duties. These taxes are charged by your country's customs office and should be refunded directly from them.
